Winners of our contests will only be notified from our official @teesindoorgolf Instagram and/or Facebook account. We would never ask you for credit card or sensitive information over Instagram and/or Facebook. If this has happened to you, please report the fake page and block them.

Tees Indoor Golf GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

To be eligible to enter the contest, you must be a legal resident of Ontario and the age of majority in the province of Ontario. Employees of Tees Indoor Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram and/or Facebook. By entering, you confirm that you are at least 13+ years of age, agree to Instagram’s and/or Facebook’s terms of use, and release Instagram and/or Facebook of any responsibility”.

No substitutes are allowed. All rules apply.  The contest is GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.

Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device.  Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

The giveaway is exclusive to Facebook, and begins on Monday December 9th, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST and ends on Sunday December 15th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

To enter:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participants must do the following 3 things (1) be following the official Tees Indoor Golf Facebook account, (2) like the contest announcement post, and (3) tag a friend in the comment section of the giveaway announcement post. Bonus entries: tag additional friends in the comment section.  Limit ONE (1) bonus entry per day.

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted within 1 days of the giveaway’s end date.  The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

The winner will be notified via tag on the giveaway announcement post within 1 days of the winner selection, followed by a DM message. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.

There is ONE (1) prize available.  The winner will receive one (1) $100 (one hundred dollar) Tees Indoor Golf Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable.  Winner must be able to pick up prize at Tees Indoor Golf location in Mississauga, ON.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow Tees Indoor Golf to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By participating, participants release and hold harmless Tees Indoor Golf from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Tees Indoor Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.

VERIFICATION:  All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason.  The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an Entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules.  Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.  The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of an Entry, or of an attempted Entry or of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor.

ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an Entry from any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter.  In its sole and absolute determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person and to void all such person’s Entries.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
